I’ll see it on Cable in a few years. Not my kind of film. My 60 year old aunt wants to see it though, making me think this will be HUGE.

Yep absolutely. This is by no means a "comic book film." All of the review out there are extremely positive from Rolling Stone to the Associated Press to Emanuel Levy (who is VERY hard to please) and make it a point to state that this film isn't just one of the best superhero films but one of the best films of the year. These reviews also make it a point to note that this film transcends genres and should be taken seriously as a film.

Most of the reviews also seem to be declaring it one of the best sequels of all time, right next to THE GODFATHER PART II and THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK.

Anyway, I got my tickets for midnight. I always find midnight showings more enjoyable because you know that the people in the theater will appreciate it more than a normal audience.

Hopefully midnight.  I was gonna try to go to the 3D Imax at my work, but they're all sold out.  I'm leaving on vacation the next day, and we're leaving early, and I'm supposed to drive, so my dad might not let me go at midnight (something about falling asleep and killing us all in Ohio), but I really want to go at midnight.
