New Poll: North Carolina Governor by Public Policy Polling on 2008-06-29

Summary: D: 42%, R: 41%, U: 12%

Poll Source URL: Full Poll Details

Let me tell you what this race is very close. No matter who wins, NC still wins because both of them would make great Governor of NC. Right now I am leaning towards Perdue because she would be the first woman Governor, but McCrory may end up getting my vote.. we will see.

This one will be a nail biter. I think McCrory would be a great governor for North Carolina. I don't know a lot about Perdue except she's spent all her life in politics.

Perdue I believe is a little bit to the right of Easley. She once was a teacher, then ran for state congress/senate/Lt. Gov. and now Gov. But like I said both are very good cadidates and it will be the closest Gov race in a long time.
