It's all in how you ask the question on abortion. Young people, in particular, are more and more pro-life.

Those aren't civil rights. They're benefits provided for marriage.

Definitions change, but courts don't change them. And the definition of marriage has not changed.

Any poll depends on how you ask the question.  Regardless what you choose to call them, they are inequalities. And, courts determine legal definitions all the time.

I would have voted against the Laci Peterson law.

But wait, before you yell at me, I have a reason.

The law itself was vague, and it didn't cover the bases that it should have. I would have immidiately suggested that they revise it, and make it more specific. Then I would have supported it wholeheartedly.

Oh, one more thing I forgot to add.

Marrige is a STATE ISSUE. It should be left up to the states to decide.
