Both my first and last name are fairly common in both America and Germany.  I played in the 1908 Olympics for Germany, I'm a chess master, various Doc's, Lawyers and real estate agents.  I have to put additional facts in before I find one actually about me.

If I type my name in Cyrillic, it's the first hit. In the Latin alphabet, it's on the first page, but barely.

Searching for my real name, nothing about me (personally) comes up.  However, there is a photographer that has the same name as me, and he populates most of the links on the first page.

Yes, in the paper format (such as mail) it is always titled Mrs. Jeffrey (Last name).
