Ok...so.

Someone should replace HappyWarrior. Are Muon or Jas interested in doing so?

Sure.
Though I'd petition for a restart (!) Shocked

Don't trust him, Austria-Hungary, don't trust him! Shocked

I once shepherded a Germany-Italy-Austria alliance to victory (I believe I was Germany).  That took a lot of trust on all sides, but was worth it Smiley

That's what I tried in the game of Diplomacy I played here, to much less success Tongue (that said, I did survive longer than Austria in this game; I was still alive when the game died due to non-response!  sure, my only Army was in Moscow or something, but I was alive!)

Woah, it was Spring!

Okay, so I'm a bit out of habit of actually paying attention to this thread and having things actually happen in a game in this board Wink

The German Empire would like to notify the nations of the world that it does, indeed, play for draws!  Unless, of course, all countries would like to surrender immediately.

Naturally, the German Empire was referring to any contingency, future or present.

We had a great flight up to Brisbane, very little turbulence and a remarkably smooth landing. The family is all well. We went to church this morning and the pastor
Pastor? Which denominations use that in English?

Oh yah, and build A Edinburgh still goes. Smiley

Most of the mainstream evangelical protestant churches use the term, I think. The denominations I've been raised in use the term fairly interchangeably with Minister. I wasn't in a baptist church this morning, but if you think of me as being a baptist, you're not too far off the mark.

I have pastors, not ministers; I'm Methodist.

This remains my favorite map from the thread. It's like a work of art.

I didn't like that one much Sad
