Theoretically, but it can't be good for government to be on hiatus for such aeons

Oh, it's not big deal. The Flemish will stay in the north, the French speakers in the south and that tiny pocket that speaks German will continue to be irrelevant. Brussels will continue to be the center of the universe and we'll all be happy.

It is really pathetic to think about the causes for this "crisis." Those speaking one horrible language hate those speaking another horrible language!

I feel for the German speaking Belgians.

As a sidebar, the Belgians have the highest unhappiness quotient on the planet I read somewhere. I am not sure why. The Danes are the happiest.

Really? That's odd.

Anyway, I remember watching a 60 Minutes segment about the Danes being the "happiest." They actually concluded that the Danes are just "more content" with their surroundings, not necessarily the happiest bunch.
