In that case, I contest the final vote total.  BaconKing received six votes as Josh22's vote is invalid having been cast before the booth was opened.

In that case, I contest the final vote total.  BaconKing received six votes as Josh22's vote is invalid having been cast before the booth was opened.

So you're right. Josh's vote has been invalidated. BaconKing still wins, having acquired six votes and still a majority of them.
