There has been an increase of about 5 african-american families in the past 5 years where I live. The increase in the number of hispanics has been greater than that of blacks. However my town is still about 96% non-hispanic white. Not a very diverse area. Frankly the only reason one would choose northwest NJ over northern bergen is affordability. Otherwise, people must be insane to live out here. Still better than 90% of elsewhere outside of jersey though.

     I live in San Francisco, so I've always seen lots of Asians. 32% & increasing here. As far as Middle Eastern goes, there's one Palestinian guy in my class & that's it. I don't know about Greensboro, NC, but where I live, the Asian population is definitely rising.

Indeed, I go to school here and white people haven't even been a plurality for a loooooong time.
