Actually, I was thinking the opposite. It makes it harder. If I ran in a Tory Vancouver riding, it might give me a boost in other marginal ridings in Vancouver.

I chose this electorate for personal reasons.

Actually, I was thinking the opposite. It makes it harder. If I ran in a Tory Vancouver riding, it might give me a boost in other marginal ridings in Vancouver.

I chose this electorate for personal reasons.

It helps the Rt. Hon. John Smid keep his seat, thougj.

Constine-Smid-Chowdhury-Brown-L'Hermine. I added myself in the mix as a Green, but I'm not playing as myself.

First Poll
Liberal 27% (121)
Conservative 23% (84)
NDP 14% (18)
Bloc 10% (62)
Greens 4%

Second week: Liberals move up 3 and up to 136 seats. Tories, NDP gain vote wise, but lose slightly seat wise. Bloc at 65 seats now and 12%
Third week: Liberals collapse seat-wise to 104 seats, Tories up to 95 seats and 27%. NDP gains, Bloc stagnant, Greens move to 6%.
Fourth week: TORIES TAKE LEAD IN SEATS! 99-94 for Conservatives seat wise, but Libs up 28-26 vote-wise. NDP up to 42 seats and 20%. Bloc still at 65. Greens fall back 2 points. Brown still third in Papineau, Constine has solid lead in Essex,
Fifth week: Conservatives solidify lead in seats (98-80). The NDP, which has the big 'mo, is up to 51, and the Bloc is up two to 67.
Sixth week: Tories with 91 seats, Libs with 76, NDP with 68, and Bloc with 66. Three-way tie at 24% vote-wise. Constine is now behind the NDP (leading) and Conservatives in Essex, Brown trails in Papineau.
Seventh week: LIBERALS TAKE BACK LEAD! With 92 seats, Libs ahead of the Conservatives (78), NDP (69), Bloc (64), and Indies (1).
Eight week: NDP COLLAPSE! Liberals ahead with 103 seats, Conservatives with 75 seats, Bloc with 66 seats, and NDP with 58.

PM4E's 2006 scenario has them really strong there.

They'll probably do well again (2004-like or a tad higher) this year.
