With all of the red lit up on the map, plus Colorado besides the abberations with Quinny, I would say that Obama has 273 EVs secured.

Well, obviously Obama has an upper hand in the race, since he is doing very well in the south west.  If McCain doesn't make a turnaround in that region soon, he will suffer from being squeezed.

I don't know how many times I can use the Mets analogy, but it seems apt again.  Of course Dems are cheering now, when November comes their dreams will be smashed, so they need to celebrate now while they have the chance.

Absolutely.  I'd say both candidates have around 150 EV secure for them.
