I've been thinking to start up my "President Bush Chokes on Pretzel" timeline and so here is one possible election matchup.

Republicans:
Governor Jeb Bush (R-FL)
Former Governor Tom Ridge (R-PA)

Democrats:
General Wesley Clark (D-AR)
Governor Mike Easley (D-NC)
