The latest DSCC ad uses humor to sting Liddy Dole.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91l_h7UpQcs

I think this ad is brilliant. So far, the DSCC ads in Oregon have been mediocre and borderline intellectually dishonest. The MS ads have also been so-so. This ad, on the other hand, drives home Liddy Dole's ineffectiveness without going harshly negative. Great ad.
Just a question, where can I find a list of these effectiveness ratings?  Something tells me Frank Lautenberg might be Numero Cien

Wicker is #100.  The effectiveness ratings, in general, heavily weight party affiliation and seniority.  Without looking at the ratings, Lautenberg is probably somewhere near #35 based on those two factors alone.

ON EDIT: Okay, looked it up at congress.org.  Lautenberg is #45.  (Menendez is #70; The lowest ranking Senate Democrat is Klobuchar at #94.)

Interesting, I don't necessarily buy all of it, but either way being dead last is not a good thing
