My Vista computer broke down, 4-months old, and it's at the store now. I'm left with our old, soundless laptop that has nothing of mine on it anymore. In addition, I'm boycotting the CBC's Olympic coverage (and frankly, I'm fed up with the swimming and diving events), and I returned my un-finished Napoleon III book, finally, I'm alone here all day tomorrow. Nothing to do.

I still have a long time to wait, with nothing to do, until I leave for Lutetia and Condatium on Friday afternoon.

1. Yeah, Vista sucks. I'm holding out for Vienna.
2. I'm on a soundless Pentium II running Windows 2000 that crashes when it gets anything more demanding than a marquee. Life could be worse.
