Yep, I'm calling it.  Well, not that she's the next congressman, rather that the primary is over.

Quite a tight race to see who gets slaughtered by John Barrasso, however.

Carter won it by a couple hundred votes. At least he'll have one thing going for him: he'll do better than the guy running against Mike Enzi.
