I'll say it louder: Bill Richardson!

1. Executive experience as governor
2. Federal government experience as a cabinet official
3. HUGE foreign policy and U.N. credentials
4. Obama needs serious help with the Latino vote
5. Kerry states plus Iowa + Colorado + New Mexico = White House.
6. Richardson will bolster Obama's Western strength in general.

He would be a very, very solid choice.

Richardson is some of those things, but a black candidate for President does not pick a Hispanic as a running mate.

It's just politics.

Uh, yeah, but that's why the title of the thread is "Wild Card" not "most likely or likely".  Roll Eyes
