As the official referee for this event, I have to declare that neither Nunn or Sebelius count as wild cards.  Sebelius is the fourth-most-mentioned VP and lots of people in this forum still predict it will be her.  Nunn is the sixth-most mentioned VP after Clinton in the media.

Ah but Mr. Referee you should read how the rules are written...

name a possible (at least a semi realistic pick) who isnt named kaine, bayh, biden or clinton.

Therefore suggestions of Sebelius and Nunn are valid in this contest.
