Looks a point or two high but Obama is definitely ahead here... and if I recall correctly Quinnipiac's PA polls are the best out there for the state...

It could flip. Once you look into the demographics of the state, they aren't that favorable to Obama. However, in a close election, it will go Obama. If it flips to McCain the election will be over in other places already.
