I agree, if there is anyone who can come off as a big an asshole as Biden, its Rick... and I say that in a loving way.

The difference is that Biden is more of an arrogant asshole, where as Rick is more like the guy who hits you in the back with a chair during a bar fight and then kicks you in the nuts before going after your best friend.  Gotta even the odds.
