  My #3 is: Desert Southwest    Books, etc.  
  My #4 is: Peripheral South    Books, etc.  
  My #5 is: South Atlantic    Books, etc.  
  My #6 is: Deep South    Books, etc.  
  My #7 is: Border States: Virginia, Tennessee & Kentucky    Books, etc.  
  My #8 is: Upstate New York    Books, etc.  
  My #9 is: Pacific Coast / Hawaii    Books, etc.

This is odd, I expected Rocky Mountain/Alaska to be a little higher, and NYC/New England to be way lower......

     Hey, I got Texas to be freakishly high on my list. It's kind of hard to gauge what will happen when you represent views outside of the standard left-right paradigm.
