If Mr. Stark was running in Orange County then he would have a slight chance at winning.  However, considering that he is not and is indeed running for a seat in the liberal Beverly Hills he has as much of a chance of winning than Alan Keyes winning any political office. I wonder how many votes he'll receive? I wouldn't be surprised if LaRouche's party will receive more votes if they are running.
