look, it's a poor choice of words, but you do need to look at the lead in ME and WY compared to 4 years ago. Then it does make some sense.

well, i agree that 14 points is a fairly big lead for maine.  but i suspect obama's win will be more like 8-10 points in maine.

I don't know. With rural, gun-owning types? Obviously not help a great deal, but she seemed to help McCain in rural Washington and Oregon.

Maine is one of the most sexist states in the Union.  Remember, Senator Margaret Chase Smith was defeated in 1972 after relentless attacks on her vagina.

Are Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe no longer considered women?
