Here, gas has jumped from 3.40s to 3.80s and 3.90s.  Many stations (though they are a minority) have run out of gas completely because the storm caused a panic. I've heard rumors of immenent $5 gas though I'm doubtful.

Filled up at $3.65 earlier in the week, the price is still the same.

In and around Detroit, every single gas station seemed to set their price at $4.19.  Here in Sacramento, it was $3.65 by the airport.

I keep hearing how expensive gas has gotten in the Carolinas and Florida, but its only gone up 15-20 cents around here. On the news or on Drudge, they said some stations down there were charging over $5 a gallon. If thats not gouging, I don't know what is. A huge rise like that doesn't just affect a small part of the country.

Didn't move them as of Saturday.  There will be an offset with dropping oil prices.

If there was a change, I haven't noticed it.  When I filled up this weekend, gas was cheaper than when I filled up the week before.

My mom said in a phone call yesterday that back up in Georgia a number of stations had run out of gas, and the places that had some were changing 4.50+ for it.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that. We are running out of gas around here at an alarming rate.

I'm afraid to check honestly. I have about 700 miles to drive this weekend and I'm really going to be hating it if it costs $90 to do it.

Not at all. Few times I am glad California basically has its own refineries.

Okay, I noticed today that gas jumped about 25 cents on Sunday night.  From around $3.50 up to around $3.75.

$4.20-$4.30 seems to be the price range right now, and a lot of stations are just out of gas at the moment.

I don't really know.  I haven't seen a gas station since I got here.
