He would have been a great President. He saw the need for investment here way ahead of any other candidate. Not to mention tackling the deficit early. Clinton did this as well, but Perot would have done it better and sooner. He would have tried to have pushed for a constitutional amendment for balancing the budget as well. He would have also pushed for a line item veto.

True, Perot has truly been a leader on certain issues, such as how to price gouge California on energy.

I wasn't aware of this.
