Poltical Party Amend. could be used too easily to manipulate power.  I see no reason to change the Constitution the way it's worded now.

They way it's worded now sets in stone a requirement of 5 persons. This needs to be removed. Peter's oversight caught a possible flaw in simply removing this without replacing it with something else.
