Probably an overestimate, but I wouldn't be surprised if Paul got 5% or so in Montana, assuming he stays on the ballot.

RE: West Virginia, you know, Obama has a "good" record on coal because Illinois has some. It's one of those things a lot of his supporters overlooked in the primaries, but a lot of us weren't happy with it.
