He was admitted briefly this afternoon for a mild seizure due to a change in medication.  He is back home now watching the debate.

I know. So McCain screwed up, basically.

He probably didn't have the latest information, so I give him a pass on that.

Yeah, no biggie. Just saying...

neither looks great up to this point honestly. McCain looks rattled, but Obama just can't seem to get past his "uh" problem.

You think? He hasn't seemed too bad with that "uh" issue so far to me.

McCain does seem nervous to me... not that I can blame him to much for that.

Obama is getting picked apart! What's the matter Obama? Can't work without a teleprompter?

What the hell are you smoking and where can I get some?

McCain is controlling the debate. Obama is reacting, badly.

I've never seen Obama this much on the defensive.

Are you going to troll this whole thread?

Trolls will troll, dude. It's kind of his job.

I think Obama is pwning this one so far but I'll gladly admit that I'm not anywhere near objective on this.

No, you are not objective.

And you are, of course. Wink

I can't believe this thing is going to be 2 hours... should be 1 hour, 1 1/2 tops

I'm pretty sure that it's only 90 minutes.

Some more good points from Obama but they were somewhat hurt by too many "uhhs".

So far this debate is exactly what I expected. Neither of them are great, neither of them are awful.

Probably a narrow Obama win.

Wow. He totally botched up Ahmadinejadad's name.

Yeah, that was a little rough. (You meesed his name up too dude.)

And Obama pwned him on the fact that he's not the real leader of Iran anyway.

At this rate T. Boone Pickens won’t have any energy policy to discuss after the debate. I think McCain may have mentioned energy once, but that’s it.

That's probably a good thing.

Obama is trying to end things on a positive note. McCain feels like he can't, I guess.

CNN's group certainly doesn't like it.

Smug is the perfect word for McCain tonight... he doesn't really have any room to be smug.
McCain is coming off like Al Gore did. Except with less (re: virtually no) facts.

Yeah, as far as specifics go, this was a landslide IMO. Obama was good.
