Actually, even more confusing than how confused this confusing issue is and how it is confusing all those confused people confused by the confusing confusion that confused the confused is the  confusing confusion caused by the confused confusing this confusing confusion with other even more confusing, or in some cases less confusing, confusions, all of which confuses the confusion to previously unknown levels of confusion.

Has pete Bell voted?

In news just in, RITV, a subsidery of MMN, has retracted Pennsylvania from Governor Supersoulty, despite it being his home state. Current estimates say it is "Too Close To Call".

We cross live to Alaska  for their votes now...

*crackle*repub*crackle*

...There you have it, some minor consilation for Supersoulty, as he wins Alaska. Sorry for the quality of the link, folks.

Supersoulty, there are 9 people who have not yet voted.

Three Republicans made posts on the forum today and had ample chance to vote and they didn't.

What I thought was that polls were closing tommorow afternoon at 12. I may be wrong though.

Wait, what time do the polls close?

The polls do not close on the Florida Panhandle (and potentially some other states) for another 11 hours and 52 minutes.

Sounds good.  I'll make the thread on Friday to open it and you can declare the polls closed.

Any disputes ( which I don't forsee) we will decide together.

Starting Noon EST on 2/20 and ending Noon EST on 2/22.
Okay, lets do it!

Pete Bell does his usual last minute dash to the polls and casts his vote for the Democrat ticket in a valiant attempt to break the tie.

10 hours on the clock

With 83% of precincts reporting, nym90 and Harry are ahead in the popular vote, 51,5%-48,5%. I'll do the EC in a minute.
BTW I just went to the polling station to vote for the Independent candidate, and they told me that
1 I wasn't registered to vote
and
2 There weren't any independent candidates anyway.

I'm working when everybody sleep (that's the effect of GMT-5) and as i see if the current trend is this way then...

1. The dems get the job
2. MMN and GusNews fail in theirs projections og the winner
3. my hipotesis about the partisan vote was wrong because that republican who vote dems

That's all folks.. Smiley

Well, the polls are still open for another 2 hours and 20-odd minutes, but nobody has voted in over seven hours, or at least nobody with a right to vote.
This reminds me of when I was a volunteer during the 1999 European elections.
Polls are open 8-18 in Germany, except in European Elections, when they're open 8-21, don't ask me why. Of course, nobody votes that late when they're not used to it...Boy, those last few hours were a drag...
