Obama has a ceiling in NJ which is about 55%.  Unless you honestly believe rich, white suburbanites in North Jersey are going to vote for a Democrat for President. 

They did for Gore who did better than 55%.

No, security moms voted en mass for Gore over gun control.  There is still the rich, white suburbanites in the North and old-school racism in some of South Jersey which will keep McCain at around 43% of the vote.
