Obama - 39 (Kerry: 36)

NY-29:

Obama - 48 (Kerry: 42)
McCain - 45 (Bush: 57)

Similar to SurveyUSA, they showed Obama up 49-47 recently.

OH-01:

Obama - 53 (Kerry: 49)
McCain - 39 (Bush: 51)

A Mid-September SurveyUSA poll showed Obama up 52-43.

OH-02:

McCain - 52 (Bush: 64)
Obama - 41 (Kerry: 36)

A Mid-September SurveyUSA poll showed McCain up 58-39.

OH-16:

Obama - 49 (Kerry: 46)
McCain - 46 (Bush: 54)

A Mid-September SurveyUSA poll showed McCain up 48-46.

IL-10:

Obama - 50 (Kerry: 53)
McCain - 38 (Bush: 47)

SurveyUSA showed a much larger lead for Obama: 62-36

NM-02:

McCain - 49 (Bush: 58)
Obama - 42 (Kerry: 41)

Not really, because Obama won't improve on Kerry's percentage much in the safe districts, and those are the ones no one's going to bother polling. You can even see here that Obama's not making as big a leap in the lean-Kerry districts as he is in the swing districts that happened to swing heavily to Bush.
