New Poll: Vermont Governor by Rasmussen on 2008-10-06

Summary: D: 39%, R: 53%, U: 4%

Poll Source URL: Full Poll Details

something very weird about this when you look at the toplines: Pollina's support declined from 25% to 4% when leaners were factored in...

I've never seen negative leaners before.

People want to support Polina, but they are leaning to not Ralph Nadering this election.

Pollina polling only 4%? Lol.

Maybe you'd want to look at the poll write-up first: "Independent candidate Anthony Pollina initially earns 25% of the vote, but only 4% remain certain they’d vote for Pollina if it comes down to a choice between Douglas and Symington."  When all three candidates are options, as they will be on the ballot, Pollina comes in in second place.

I edited the database entry to the non-leaner numbers as they seem to better predict the final result.

Yay! Smiley That would be funny though if Pollina did better than Symington.

Great result for Pollina. Hopefully Douglas is kept under 50%.
