Typical ad, I don't see what's noteworthy about it except Bush shifting his campaign a bit to bring down the Kerry healthcare numbers.

I think it's good.

Bush won't be able to ever gain the lead on the subject, but he is trying to edge it a few points in his favor.

Meh, it's just like every othe ad Bush has put out.

Good to very good.  The "government in charge, not you, not your doctor" line is a proven winner for Republicans.  It is what killed Clinton's attempt.

Nothing special.  Not likely to convince many people, nor to fire up the faithful much, almost stereotypical of an election year smear ad.
