I rise to speak from the crossbenches.

If I've been out for a few, Maccas tastes great - especially a quarterpounder with fries put right in the burger! Their breakfast menu is also pretty delicious.

I don't know if you have it over there, but McDonalds in Australia has a few additions which I'll mention in case it's something they've done here but not in the US. Firstly, McCafe - basically a Starbucks in the McDonalds restaurant building thing except called "McCafe" instead of Starbucks.

Secondly, deli choices rolls - more like Subway. Some of those are delicious, and also quite healthy.

Thirdly, heart tick meals - the Heart Foundation has approved certain meals (typically those aforementioned Deli Choices rolls, with juice or water) to carry the Heart Tick for meeting certain fat and sugar content requirements.

Generally speaking, I avoid Maccas because my metabolism isn't what it was when I was in uni... but I'm not going to put it in the disgusting category because of those healthier options they provide, and I actually prefer McCafe coffee to Starbucks.

I am therefore choosing to abstain from this vote.

As for the question, not really.

But In-N-Out is way better.

Agree, with the exception of their fries and a once-a-year chicken sandwich.

http://www.mcdonalds.com.au/ - it's got icons on their for the heart tick, McCafe (in case I wasn't clear earlier, it's not a Starbucks, it's just a cafe like that but owned and operated by Maccas), Deli Choice rolls (they differ from Subway in that you don't choose what goes on them - I probably should have said that earlier), the Lean Beef Burger is pretty nice, too (I've just decided to have one for lunch).

Agree even though it reminds me of my childhood. Back Yard Burgers has the only acceptable fast-food hamburger.

Eh, fast food is gross no matter what the taste, simply because of the feeling it gives you and the lack of healthiness. I can enjoy the taste of certain items from McDonalds from time to time though.

I'll vote Agree nevertheless.

I love them.  Their food is cheap and actually healthier than similar alternatives.

I went there today for breakfast.  God a delicious large iced coffee (<2$) and a sausage burrito ($1).

MacDonald's gives good value for the money. It is sort of like putting down Walmart. I drop in to Walmart once in awhile. In fact I bought some socks and underwear, T shirts and light bulbs  there just this last weekend. I am just amazed how low the prices are. I can understand, why a very unrepresentative sample of my community shop there.

Hey now, bacon is godly. I also first came up with this moniker when I was fifteen. Sad

And also note that I said nothing about McDonalds food sober, which I pretty much dislike. Tongue

Disagree.  I had a double cheeseburger and a Diet Coke pretty much every day after coming home after working the Devos campaign - terrible for my wrestling weight though.
