Politico paid Insider Advantage to poll counties?

I guess Politico is fast becoming a joke website.

Why is a poll of Hillsborough County useless?

It's pretty easy to see why Obama is winning in Florida if he's winning in Tampa by that margin. Bush won Hillsborough County 53-46.

Obama's gains in Florida have came from the I-4 corridor, which is terrific news.

I still don't really trust county-level polls, and Insider Advantage is a bad pollster.

A county poll *should* be trashy, given the lack of track record.

Anyways, three of these look suspiciously accurate.

County polls could be useful is they were done by a very good polling firm.. done by Insider Advantage they are definitely useless. IA needs to figure out how to poll on a state level first.

More of these:

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1008/14657.html

Bucks County, PA
Obama 47, Mccain 41

Prince William County, VA
Obama 50, McCain 42

St Louis County, MO
Obama: 53, McCain: 37

Franklin County, OH
Obama: 45, McCain 40

Lots of undecideds in Bucks and Franklin compared to the rest. If their internal polling shows the same thing, that is a bit worrisome for Obama.
