I don't suppose there are any election results maps out there for anyone wanting to look at the big picture?

Not a map, but shows seats and who held them last election:

How's this for a polarised result;

NDP 46, Con 40, Lib 6, Grn 6, CHP 1

(Blaikie-less Transcona)

Block ahead in SRB. I know I've complained enough about the boundaries in Saskatchewan over the years, but this year it just looks obscene.

My god. When are boundaries redrawn? IIRC, Tommy Douglas never did get elected from Saskatchwan with the NDP.

The Strathcona call is pretty ludicrous at this point. CBC refuses to retract its call.

I think before the next election. Think means hope. But there's been a new census.

And that was with sane boundaries. But that was also before the great shift of the rural poor to the big cities was completed (or even halfway, really).

It's not the only one.

They dropped the Strathcona call now that the NDP are narrowly ahead there. A lot of polls left.

Wonderful. 'Twould be a minor miracle if the NDP were to win a seat in Alberta. It's already been a very good night.

Is Jaffer the only Muslim MP?

You'd think the networks would've learned after the Charest fiasco

The entire Vancouver area seems to be taking a page out of New Mexico's book when it comes to counting...

CBC calls Outremont for Mulcair. Still rather close (but not very close) with quite a bit left (but not much).

The CBC total for Alberta seems to list Strathcona as a Con lead, and it keeps stealthily changing color.  I think they're just very confused by this seat's not following their decree.

I don't think the much of rez has come in in Churchill yet. It's been static with a reasonable amount left to come in for ages.

The NDP had 38 either leading or elected, and then the Edmonton-Strathcona results came in, but now they're down to 37. Where did they fall behind besides SRB?

Nowhere -- I counted.  They're still counting Ed-S as a Con lead.  Yeah.

Are the remaining polls in Nunavut the type that could go any way imaginable? And does anyone know if we'll be getting them tonight?

People is complaining on the website. Strangly, they skipped the riding in the list of elected Conservative MP during Harper's speech.

They may be making an assumption based on the polls yet to come in.

Another poll in in SRB. Margin down to less than 1%.

Has anyone been following recent numbers out of Ahuntsic? Does it seem to be Anglo or Franco areas left?

Keeper now well clear of third-placed-humiliation. The rez must be coming in. Still miles behind.

The core of the Liberal vote there isn't Anglo; it's Allo. Same in Brossard-La Prairie.

Ah. Regardless, do you have any ideas which areas are left?

Nope.

Another poll in from SRB. Still as tragically close as before.
