ACT is more like Jacksonville than DC (hyperbole).

     Are other Australian cities like this? This is quite a shocking discovery for me (no sarcasm intended).

I mean in terms of how the district is structured. It's not just the city, it's all of the suburbs and exurbs as well. The edge of the ACT is rural everywhere except at Queanbeyan.
