About D+1. Having the convention here really helps as Obama will be able to really turn out that liberal base. I think his organizational strength is stronger here than in the more traditional swing states. This is also why Obama has a structural advantage in this election and I can see the scenario where Mccain wins the PV by upto  a point but still loses the election.
