I've only driven through the state.. it was during the ugliest time of year... and it was still pretty nice... but nothing made you think "WOW!!!"

Overall, though, it is in the upper 50% of states.  It's one of those states that you might never think to visit specifically (unless you're a history buff)... but you just visit it on some offhand chance and end up really liking it.  And I think Pittsburgh specifically embodies that.

Philly is nice, but it still doesn't compare to Richmond, just like Pennsylvania doesn't compare to Virginia.
