Yes.  I think it's possible he even outperforms Bush 2004 there.

Not a chance. Bush pretty much maxed out there in 2004. At the very least blacks will make up a higher percentage of the vote.

Not a chance. Bush pretty much maxed out there in 2004. At the very least blacks will make up a higher percentage of the vote.

And go for Obama at a higher rate.  Possibly going from 88% (or whatever) to 95%.

This. Bush 2004 benefited from maxing out an energized white vote while black voters did not turn out as much as they will this year.
