I think the NRCC is half de-funding her because they're sick of her being on TV (she keeps doubling down on her anti-American comments) and they want to send giant "SHUT UP" memo to all congressmen after their recent antics.  If you sabotage the brand name a little bit than we give you less money.

And yeah, her fundraising is fine.
