I'm sure there are plenty of interesting threads from way back, they don't all warrant rehashing

Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson- A great millitary leader, but I would have to prepare a meal with no pepper due to him thinking it made his left leg ache.

Have extra lemon slices on hand.

Richard Nixon Scratch him, he'd be dull. Barry Goldwater
Thomas Jefferson
King David I of Scotland
Alexander the Great
Stephen Fry (who by default should be in everyones guest list for dinner)

Something a bit different?

Vaslav Nijinsky (dancer)
George Younger (Scottish Tory)
Johnny Carson

Proper forum etiquette would be to start a new thread with the same subject, possibly linking to the old one as a reference.  Proper forum etiquette is average at best here.  Bumping 4 year old threads is generally looked down upon, but especially if you don't note in the bumping post that you are in fact bumping the thread.

and I'd eat with:
Jesus
Archimedes
Julius Caesar
Mark Twain
Hitler

and since I'd have all these famous dead people I figure I could convince a couple of living people to play waiters for the evening.

Interesting choice. Saw a one man play about him in Edinburgh last year called Nijinsky's Last Dance. Was very very impressive.
