Why not? As an outsider, I think Americans need a more dignified, less bitchy way of choosing their presidents.

And we wouldn't have hundreds of posts dedicated to such relevant topics like Bill Ayers + The Weathermen underground and Sarah Palin's Clothes. And think of the ratings..

Or is this foreign wrong and do Americans need the current blood sport set up to really choose between two pretty similiar guys with silly looking placards to decide the leader of the free world. Its your choose...

Well, then Palin definitely needs to run.

Yes, but only if it's Arnold v. Mitt Romney.

Yes, but only if it's the Incredible Hulk v. Congress.

     Fixed.

Only under the condition that the contestants are Sarah Palin and Stephanie Herseth Sandlin.  And that the fight ends in some playful tickling, which results in kissing and groping.  I am all for that.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes, and maybe throw in Mary Landrieu as an Independent.

The truly sad thing here is that you are 15 and at the age when these sorts of thoughts are supposed to occur.  I am a dirty old man of 42 with a wife and child.

This is what becomes of you when you watch too much Seinfeld!

I think it should be decided with an Epee bout. We can hace our deathmatch, but let's be civilized.
