Seems a bit too strong for Obama, but I do think that WA/OR are the only remotely "swing" states where the undecideds will break hard for Obama.

They actually sucked a little less in 2006 than you'd think.  I give them the "Better than Elway" Award!

...take that as you will.

But something tells me this poll is about 3-4 points too liberal across the board, initiatives included (good news for Tim Eyman!)

Quite possibly.  Washington independents loved McCain in 2000 something crazy.  Even while losing Republican primary ballots 58-39, McCain won independents 61-35.

Being that a solid chunk of the GOP base here is evangelicals who don't do much swinging, my bet was that McCain carried "persuadable" voters in that primary somewhere near 3-to-1.  Gore would have probably lost to him by a few points.
