Euh, so, don't waste too much hope in it. You can have a bit of hope, maybe few changes will occur, but if, as it seems it is, it is Sarkozy who mainly claim for it, don't hope too much.

Why?

Because it is Sarkozy. A wonderful speecher, but, mainly a speecher. He puts all his energy in his speeches instead of putting it in the realization of concrete acts...

I tend to agree.
