For Austria it's very simple:
90% are Austrians and 10% foreigners. Of the 10% (860.000) who are foreigners, about 300.000 are from the former Yugoslavia, 130.000 from Germany and 110.000 from Turkey.
But I should also note that lots of Turks and (former) Yugoslavs, who came to Austria between 1960 and 2008 are now naturalized citizens.
Therefore I would estimate that about 500.000 naturalized Turks live in Austria and the same amount of people from former Yugoslavia.
