I'm surprised by how much Sammamish turnout is lagging relative to King County average. Thoughts?

I don't know enough about MO demographics to know why that'd be surprising.
If you explained it to me, I know a whole LOT about Jay Nixon's campaign and I could possibly explanatize it away.
