This telephone survey of 500 Likely Voters was conducted by Rasmussen Reports October 27, 2008. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.

Nah. Wicker had one of the best debate performances I've witnessed this year in their recent debate. Also, Wicker is running radio ads in the black community lambasting Musgrove for not being able to mention that he supports *Barack Obama*. Intelligent advertising, imho.
The crosstabs quite accurately note that Wicker is getting 12% of blacks, while McCain is getting 1%

According to this poll - 15%. 82% support McCain. 3% are undecided/other, i.e. support McCain.

Granted the poll could be an outlier (Prez race is similar, but still), but compare the results...
