Registered Voters:

Obama - 51
McCain - 39

Likely Voters:

Obama - 53
McCain - 40

Obama leads in Philadelphia (75-19 percent), the Southeast (58-37 percent), Allegheny County (50-36 percent), the Northeast (52-33 percent), and the Northwest (47-40 percent). In Central Pennsylvania, Obama edges McCain 46 percent to 44 percent -- a statistical dead heat.

The telephone survey of 790 registered voters in Pennsylvania was conducted Oct. 21-26 and had a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.

Subsamples, dude.  Assuming equal division of the seven subgroups, we're looking at +/-9.2%.
