Come Nov. 4, will Obama do better than Musgrove, Martin, Lunsford, Hagan? Any analysis state-by-state would be great.

What I'm really getting at is this: In GA and MS, the Democratic Senate candidate seems to have a fairly good shot at being elected, but Obama appears to have a significantly smaller shot, wheras in NC, both the Presidential and Senate results are about tossups.

Can it all be attributed to GA and MS having a ton of blacks and more racist whites? Is it fair to say that while Obama and Hagan have about the same chance of winning NC, and would probably rely on essentially the same voters, that in GA and MS, we must assume that there will be many racist whites who vote McCain/Democrat Senate?

Lunsford will outperform Obama. Hagan and Musgrove should outperform. Martin might run near or slightly below Obama, but that's fine for him as long as Chambliss is below 50%.

I currently expect all four to outperform Obama, but Musgrove might not if his campaign continues on its downward trajectory.
