Most likely, myself being a part of it. Not HUGE guilt mind you, like enough to ruin your night, just sort of a subtle feeling. Of course it might be pretty bad if Obama very narrowly loses ND.

I have no idea why this would be, and, as usual, you don't bother to explain the reasoning behind the question.

My guess? Maybe the Twin Cities has put a damper on the ND economy somehow.
