I am sticking to my prediction, 51-49 it passes. Hey at least its not going to be a huge loss.

If this passes, it does raise some questions about Black America on what is otherwise a great an historic night for them.

Or maybe they're just all like me and don't really care.

11's the one that matters and the northern counties are making me proud. I guess it's because they have competitive House races.
